Friendly's is a place to get ice cream. I enjoyed my sundae very much. No wonder why everyone is so obese around here.

Watertown, NY: Ruyi Asian Fusion

One of the few Asian restaurants in Watertown. This place has sushi and some other Asian dishes. I got sushi and it was just ok. It was also totally overpriced.

Watertown, NY: Jreck Subs

A fast food joint that serves subs. I got the popcorn chicken sandwich on a jalapeño bread. Chicken was dry but the bread was delicious. Not sure if they make it fresh but it was good.

Ottawa, IL: Corner 230

One of the best restaurants to eat in Ottawa. It's a tapas place but the tapas are large portions. We got all sorts of good stuff since we did family style. My favorites were the calamari and sweet potato fries.

Ottawa, IL: Cracker Barrel

Went to dinner at CB and got a hamburger. It was good but it's hard to mess up a burger. It came with fried okra and is always good nibbles. The corn bread was surprisingly disappointing.

Utica, IL: Duffys Tavern

I ordered the turtle! It came with beef stroganoff soup which was really good! The turtle was deep fried and tasted like a beef pot roast. It had bones in it and reminded me of eating ox tail. Good meal!

Ottawa, IL: R Grotto

Small Italian place that also serves a variety of stuff. I got the ribs and they were pretty decent. Very tender and meat came off the bone easily.

Chicago: Yolk

I got the crepes with strawberries. It was only alright. Such a shame because it's so pretty. Filling wasn't good and the crepe was made too thick.

Chicago: Mity Nice

This is a sit down restaurant located in the food court of the water tower. Confused? I was too, it was strange. I got a lobster roll which was delicious. It came with fresh made potato chips which were also amazing. They also give you complementary cheddar bread. It was kind of dry.

Chicago: Min Hin Cuisine

Chicago has a very SMALL Chinatown but at least it has one. We met up with Ape and Stan and got dim sum. Not as good as the bay area but it satisfied my dim sum craving. I like that they had photos of all the items since you have order it as they don't push carts around.

Chicago: The Bongo Room

Good reviews for breakfast on yelp and man was it good! I got the white chocolate raspberry oreo pancakes. I also took a photo of Eric's french toast. Amazing! Huge portions! I managed to only eat half.

Chicago: Ribs N Bibs

This place in on the wikitravel site for Chicago. It's a little ghetto place where all the local black people eat. I got the fried chicken and it gets packaged in a brown paper bag and we ate outside on the picnic bench. It was quite an experience but at least it was good eats.

Chicago: Lou Malnaltis Pizzeria

We got calamari as an appetizer and it was good! The deep dish pizza was aiights. We might have just been too tired from the flight since other people thinks this place has the best deep dish.

Coworker Birthday: Angel Food Cake

Angel food cakes tire bought and topped with berries and cool whip. I realized that I'm not a fan on angel food cake. I like sponge cake a lot more.

Dinner at Mothers: Winter Melon Soup

Trying to get back into the swing of things after being gone for 2 weeks!

This grub out was at mother's. The main dish was winter melon soup. Soooo good! She also made Korean cold noodle and a salad.
