Bisou
French place in San Francisco with my friend Marc. We had the escargot and mushrooms as an appetizer. The escargot wasn't the traditional way still in the shell. It was alright. Not a very distinct flavor that I can recall. I got the beef bourguignon. It was super salty. Marc said it wasn't very good and that it should have had more veggies. We topped it off with profiteroles which are cream puffs with vanilla ice cream. Legit. When I was in Paris, we didn't explore much in new dishes. With a French friend who can tell me how it's supposed to be, I'd be down for more French food.
