Cheesecake Factory: Red Velvet Cheesecake

This is called Stephanie's Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake. It has two layers of cream cheese and two layers of red velvet cake. It is as delicious as it looks and is very rich. Usually takes me a few days to finish it.
